Box+Dice training consist of 6 different training sessions.
According to your company's staffing needs, a user may
attend one, many or all of these sessions:
Ignition. This online process guides you through start-up, addressing topics such as developing a company policy around ownership of contacts, providing you with the tools to overcome challenges that can come with implementing a new system and setting your objectives in preparation for your Boom review. Also included are information on our optional products and services, including pricing and set-up, as well as an explanation of our procedures and how to talk with us as your business develops.
Beginner. The beginner session is designed to provide all users with an overview of the basic concepts used throughout the system. It also gives users the ability to perform simple functions such as adding contacts, appraisals and appointments.
Intermediate. The intermediate session provides users with the tools to utilise more complex features of the system such as entering budgets, managing buyers and using the library to generate letters and reports.
Champion.
The champion session supplies the knowledge ‘champions’ need to perform system administration at an advanced level. Some of the topics covered include configuration according to your office’s specific needs; understanding how to restrict
or permit staff access, as well as sales administration processes such as listing and selling properties.
Trust Accounting. Online materials with the option for a one-on-one session for the trust accounting specialist in your office.
Advertising. The advertising session instructs advertising staff on how to manage all campaigns from Boom. It includes how to create a set of standard campaign templates, following up on arrears and ordering.
