Established in 2001 by Travis Williams, a qualified systems engineer who joined his father’s real estate company and became a very successful real estate agent. Travis quickly realised the need
for an easy-to-use software system to manage his contacts – both present and past.

Having developed a dedicated system for his own use, Travis decided to make it available for sale, and created Box+Dice Software Pty Ltd.

Box+Dice Software supports the Real Estate Industry in Australia
New Zealand with a broad range of products that handle all transactions, advertising, administration, CRM, company websites
and iPhone and iPad apps.

The business now consists of:

Support Team. Located in Albert Park Victoria, the English-speaking support team provide online and phone support for users. 8 out of every 10 contacts to Box+Dice support are client queries regarding how to better use their system.

Training Team. Training is generally handled via Skype or at our head office where we have full computer facilities to allow users to experience and learn their system hands on. On-site training can also be arranged. Training covers new users, established users, administration and sales people, and is product specific.

Sales and Account Management Team are available to handle initial enquiries through sign up to implementation and ongoing account management.

Research and Development Team. All research and development is carried out in house. Existing products are constantly being upgraded and improved, whilst new products are under research and development.

Upgrades are released on a fortnightly cycle and typically include 10-15 improvements.

Testing and Data Migration Team. All testing and migrations are carried out in-house.

Graphic Design is also completed in-house for client projects such as
designing Blast eAlerts and Grab Websites.

Business Administration and Support Team. Travis Williams leads the internal team responsible for strategy, planning, finance and accounts.

We use a specialist company to host our servers to ensure that downtime
is kept to the absolute minimum.
